2 Submit Required Documents

Each program may require different documents. At a minimum, you will need to provide the following. Please visit your specific program to verify which information is required to complete the application.

• Proof of age (must be at least 17 years old)
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Government-issued photo ID
• Immunization records
• Physical exam documentation (required for Massage and Nursing programs)
• Fingerprinting and background check (required for Nursing and select programs)
• CPR card (for clinical programs, if applicable)

3 Interview Process

Select programs may require a phone or in-person interview with our academic staff to ensure the program is the right fit for you..

4Entrance Exams

Some programs may require a passing score on an entrance test (e.g., HESI, Wonderlic, or equivalent). Please check the specific program page for details.

5Payment of Fees

A non-refundable registration fee and any applicable testing fees must be paid before final enrollment is confirmed.
