To be eligible, applicants must:
Hold a current LVN license in Texas
Submit official transcripts from an approved LVN program
Meet general education requirements (or complete concurrently)
Score minimum proficiency on TEAS entrance exam
Pass background check and drug screen
Complete a nursing interview and readiness assessment
